The Pearson Edexcel Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management is for
learners who work in a senior management role in the construction sector in the UK.
The qualification gives learners the opportunity to:
- develop the technical skills, role-related knowledge and understanding, and
behaviours required to work in a wide range of construction senior management
roles, including construction manager, construction supervisor, production
manager, commercial manager, operations director of a small company, property
and facilities manager and specialist construction manager. These skills and
knowledge are also applicable to construction project manager roles - demonstrate competence in the relevant job roles
- have existing skills recognised
- achieve a nationally-recognised Level 7 qualification.
The NVQ is assessed in the workplace and you do not need to attend any classes to complete this qualification.

Description
Your Assessor will go through all the units with you and will complete an Assessment Plan detailing the evidence required to complete each unit, evidence will include observations in the workplace, workplace records, emails, meeting minutes, witness statements and professional discussion completed via Zoom, the optional units will be discussed and decided upon dependent on your job role.
The course duration is identified as 12 months but you can complete this qualification sooner if you provide all the evidence required, learners have completed in as little as six months, the time scale can be arranged to suit your needs.

Additionally, learners may use the qualification to achieve professional membership and can apply for a CSCS Black Card
